"I have been learning music from Kerry for the past 13 years. Although I had always wanted to learn piano as a child, I never had the opportunity. So when I retired, I decided it was time. At the start, I learnt on the keyboard, but now I have a Clavinova CVP 509. Every time I sit down to play, I just think "Wow!".

Since I started learning from Kerry, I haven't looked back. Every week I truly look forward to my music lesson, it is just so much fun, not only because Kerry is so patient and fun, but because we have a wonderful group of people learning together. It's a day I wouldn't miss for quids!"

"As a child, I used to play the piano by ear and didn't have any formal lessons. When I started learning from Kerry 13 years ago, I wasn't sure what to expect. I had no idea that learning to play music could be so much fun.

Kerry is an enormously fun and bubbly person, and I am in a group with other people who have become very good friends over the years.

In the beginning, it is a bit nerve wracking, because new people think they are not going to be able to play anything, but every week they get to take a new piece home, and before they know it, they are actually playing.

Right now, I play the Clavinova CVP 405 and it is amazing. It has so many incredible sounds and rhythms, and even if you aren't a pro, you can certainly sound like one!

I have such a great time with Kerry and my group, and I wouldn't miss it for the world."

Kathy Van Rangelrooy,

"I learnt piano by classical method as a child, and have played piano  all my life, so you couldn't describe me as a beginner, but the lessons I have enjoyed with Kerry are very different to the music lessons of my childhood!

Kerry is an incredibly kind and decent person, and so much fun. She makes the classes fun, and not too serious. Kerry is a very giving person who wants to see her students enjoy their music and do well.

She is an extremely gifted teacher who has the rare ability to bring out the best in her students , whatever level they are at, and make them want to do well for her.

The end of year concerts are particularly enjoyable, and everyone who plays gets something for performing, which is just amazing to me.

I play the Clavinova CVP 509, and I absolutely love it, it is an amazing instrument. I just wish they had been around when I was 12!"

Kath Smith, Kawana Island

" I have nothing but admiration for the way Kerry takes her students under her wing to shepherd them along the way to an appreciation of music and the ways to make enjoyable music.

There are not too many teachers or business people who can be bothered with our demographic. My admiration is further enhanced when I reflect on the fact that you make no attempt to rip off your clientele with high fees.

The music lessons are great social occassions each week for the various groups who come together to make music, and more importantly to socialize with like minded people of their own age and interests, both during and after the session."

Derek Smith, Kawana Island

"When I first started learning music, I was an absolute beginner, and had no experience playing a musical instrument before.

Over 6 years of lessons with Kerry, I have enjoyed it so much, and learnt so much, and I honestly couldn't have done what I do without her.

I started out playing with one hand, and now I play the songs I love.

Kerry is so lovely, and bubbly and welcoming. She is so patient with her students, and we all just love her to bits.

I have become very close friends with other people in my group, and we have a great time and lots of laughs during lessons. We also love to go for a coffee after class.

I play the Clavinova CVP 509, and I absolutely love it. The different sounds and styles help to make your pieces sound amazing, and there is always something to learn."

Anita Scorgie, Chancellor Park

"I have known Kerry for more than 20 years, and when I first started lessons with her, I was a complete beginner.

I had always wanted to learn to play a musical instrument, and after looking around a lot of different music shops, I finally found Kerry. She invited me in to listen in on one of her workshops, and from that moment on, I knew I had found a friend.

Kerry is so dedicated, caring and patient, and she is always reassuring me about my playing.

Kerry does so much extra for her students, I don't think most people really know how much effort she puts in to make our lessons so enjoyable, and to put together concerts and free workshops and our "Clav Club".

When you buy a keyboard from Kerry, you gain a friend, and I think I can say that all of her students love her to pieces."
